Product details
When the extruding speed increases, the screw speed also increases. Rapid high-temperature extruding can easily cause local overheating or molecular chain breakage, which in turn affects the performance of the wire. The AIFUER extruder equipment can control the temperature fluctuation of the melt within ≤± 1 ℃,output can be 35-45kg/h.

2. Cooling system: rapid shaping under high-speed extrusion
When the wire is extruded from the die at a speed of about 4.38 meters per second, if the cooling is too rapid or insufficient, the wire diameter may become elliptical or flat. The AIFUER three-stage water tank can complete the cooling transition. The first stage uses high-temperature water at 85 degrees Celsius to slowly cool down, followed by cooling in the warm water tank to achieve rapid shaping. Finally, normal temperature circulating water is used to ensure that the wire is completely cooled before entering the traction, and will not be stretched by tension, resulting in a decrease in wire diameter. The Siemens PLC control system controls the temperature difference within ± 0.9 ℃, and the overall cooling stroke, including the air cooling part, reaches 12.58 meters to meet the heat exchange time required for high-speed production.


3. Traction system: servo control
The servo motor is linked with the host, PID achieves closed-loop control, and synchronous speed increase or decrease achieves precise matching. The error is controlled within 0.02mm, providing customers with unmanned machines that can also achieve fully automatic wire diameter adjustment function. Polyurethane traction wheels have the characteristics of wear resistance, oil resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and high hardness, which can increase their service life and optimize production efficiency.

4. Storage device: servo belt control
The 8-meter-long or 12 meter long storage rack adopts a servo belt control system, which saves energy while making the storage line smoother during production operation. PID tightly controls the position and running speed of the storage wheel, which can be pulled from the farthest position of the stored 150 meter 3D consumable wire to the origin in a variable speed return to zero manner within 38 seconds.

5 Winder: servo control
The winding machine has a constant tension system, and the tension of the wire is uniform during the winding process, avoiding breakage or loosening. Adopting frequency conversion control, the tension accuracy can reach ± 0.05mm. Equipped with a PLC control system and a multifunctional touch screen, it can switch between multiple sizes of wire reels (0.25kg, 1kg, 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg), correct standard wire diameter parameters such as 1.75mm or 3.0mm, and achieve a neat rate of over 98% for PLA and PETG filaments with stable conventional wire diameters,
