SJ25-25 melts and extrudes thermoplastic raw materials such as PLA, PHA TPU into uniform-diameter 3D printing filaments,1-2KG/H.
This machine integrates feeding, heating extrusion, cooling, diameter detection, traction and automatic winding functions. It supports adjustable extrusion speed and temperature for different materials. High-precision diameter monitoring effectively reduces filament dimensional deviation, ensuring consistent filament quality for stable 3D-printing performance.
