SJ35 single color filament extruding line

SJ35-28 3D printing filaments extruder output is 8-15kg/h, It integrates precision extrusion, closed-loop diameter control, stable cooling, traction, and automatic winding into one continuous process. The production line supports a full range of thermoplastic materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PA, PHA, PHB, ASA, CF,GF ,PP, and composite filaments, delivering consistent diameter accuracy and high surface quality.

Equipped with a high-torque single-screw， precision temperature control system, online laser diameter gauge, and servo-driven haul-off unit, the line ensures stable production speed and ultra-precise filament tolerance. The integrated cooling system and closed-loop feedback control maintain excellent roundness and uniformity throughout long-run production.
